FAQ
Setup, security, and how Alessia works.
Cited AI trained on your catalogs, IOMs, cut sheets, and application notes.
Generic AI is not grounded in your library and rarely cites the right page. Alessia searches only your docs, links every answer to the source, and keeps your data tenant isolated.

Document aware ingestion, hybrid retrieval, and page level citations. Modes like Cross Reference and Product Selector match how technical teams work.
